As the apartment was on North Terrace a main road, a drop-off point in front of the hotel was at the kerbside, and not a dedicated drive-through, that was ok. As I arrived early into Adelaide (and therefore the apartment), room was not yet ready - that was understandable. Nonetheless front desk staff were polite and proceeded to sort out the paperwork, so that when the room was ready all I needed was to collect the keycard. A special shout out to Louis who was familiar with GHA Discovery benefits for members, and ensured that I was granted the benefits per my tier level - so thank you Louis and also for your courtesy! The apartment does not have a dedicated restaurant, but has a cafe called The Coffee Club in the same building, directly opposite front desk. The Coffee Club was only open for breakfast and lunch. This means there is no on-site restaurant/cafe dining if you arrive in the evening. However there are nearby options for dining within a 10-min walking distance. As GHA Discovery member, benefits were honoured including breakfast voucher, in-room amenities (that were fantastic!!) and late check-out. Apartment has other facilities that did not have the time to use - but a swimming pool was available on-site. Room was a very good size, with a kitchette (cooking permitted), and lounging area, separate to the bedroom. King bed was configured from two individual doubles - that was aptly cushioned so it was not obvious to the undiscerning. Bathroom came with a big spa (large for two) that was operational. However the shower head and holder was in need of some maintenance, as the holder was jutting out of the wall, about to drop off. Sofa at the lounging area was clean, and so was the round dining table that seats 2-3 persons. A/C worked well, adjustable to temperature preference - so overall sleep was excellent. Check-out was a breeze, dropped keycard off and all done. I will definitely return - as this property recognises and honours GHA Discovery loyalty benefits.

Amazing views, great staff. Location close to everything. Need improvement in wifi and have to refurbish rooms a bit. But otherwise amazing.

From check-in to check-out staff were amazing and room was great. Windows very good for blocking outside noise.
